We back up our reliable machinery with our outstanding after sales service. We don't hire technicians to manage our machines and we don't hire casual staff to manage our weekend events - we do it all ourselves.
We achieve this level of service through a network of franchisees who are dedicated small business operators who will always go that extra mile to ensure their clients are completely satisfied.
Our franchisees are trained to trouble shoot issues with their ATMs and should there be any really sticky situations they have the back up of our Tech Team at Head Office. The 1300 number for the tech desk is available for both our franchisees and merchants 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Many 'backyard' operators don't have any weekend support and they don't have the level of knowledge required to troubleshoot issues with their ATM. Some large deployers are no better, as they outsource the maintenance of their ATMs and there's no guarantee you'll get a qualified technician to service your machine.
