There will be the odd occasion where the ATM doesn't give out the correct money or any money at all. This can happen for a number of reasons but rest assured, we will process your dispute as quickly as possible. Email us your details and we'll investigate your dispute and get back to you as soon as we can. Alternatively, you can lodge a dispute with your card's issuing bank and it will be passed onto us.
Please ensure your dispute request includes the following information:
- Location of ATM:
- Amount Requested:
- Amount Dispensed:
- Copy of Receipt as an attachment:
If you are unable to provide us with a receipt please lodge your dispute with your card issuing bank directly.
