Cash is here to stay - plastic cards are on the way out

Written on the 29 January 2020

Germany's largest bank, Deutsche Bank, has made some interesting predictions recently.

"When people discuss the future of payments they tend to predict the end of cash. Our view is different. Not only do we think cash will be around for a long time, we see the transition to digital payments as having the potential to do no less than rebalance global economic power."

The bank found that people still have a deep-rooted trust in paper and coins, especially during uncertain times. Their survey also showed that people like cash because it allows them to more easily track their spending. Click here to find out more

The email post event with feedback and information regarding number of transactions and cash dispensed was really helpful in deciding to hire ATM2Go again.

I would happily recommend ATM2GO. Moocooboola Festival is a community event organised by Hunter's Hill Council and attracts up to 20,000 visitors throughout the day. I thought the customer service was amazing and the whole team at ATM2GO were a pleasure to deal with!

ATM2Go have been providing ATM's for all of our events nationally for a few years now. They are a huge support, very efficient and highly reliable, and I would happily recommend the guys to any event manager.
