RETAIL ATMS

While we started in the event space, most of our business is now in retail — ATMs in convenience stores, gift shops, and other high-traffic locations. These are typically on fixed contracts and provide a steady, reliable income.

EVENT ATMS

We’re still active in the event space too — and there’s more demand than we can currently service. This area was highly competitive a few years ago, but many players have since left the market. That means more opportunities for agents like you.

EQUIPMENT

We use Triton ATMs, which we purchase directly from the U.S. manufacturer. We’ve trusted these machines for over 14 years — and some of our first ATMs are still in operation. That’s a real testament to their quality.

WHAT MAKES US DIFFERENT?

TO YOUR CUSTOMERS

You’re a local business owner providing a high-quality service. Customers aren’t just dealing with a faceless company — they’re working with someone who can respond quickly, solve problems efficiently, and build real relationships.

TO YOU AS AN AGENT
You’re supported from day one — and we don’t stop there. We provide initial training, regular updates on industry changes, help with closing deals, supply of equipment and spare parts, and business tools like CRM software, online portals, and customer agreements. We make owning an ATM business straightforward and achievable.

HOW YOU MAKE MONEY

You earn a portion of the direct charge fee on every transaction — typically between $2.10 and $2.35 per transaction based on a $2.80 fee. Each ATM has a small modem fee, and usually, you’ll negotiate a profit share with the merchant (after all, they’re providing the location and foot traffic).

Every site is different. Transaction volumes vary between locations — even between similar stores. Your income will reflect the performance of each ATM.

In the case of attending events, your Direct Charge is likely to be higher - say $3.50 per transaction. And you will also charge a hire fee to provide the convenience of cash at the event. Our standard fee is $550 but it can be higher if it’s a multiple day event or if it’s outside your immediate area.

YOUR INVESTMENT

Your initial investment starts from $40,000 (excl GST), which includes:

  • 3 x ATMs
  • Setup and training

You can use your three ATMs for events or fixed sites but this is the minimum buy in to get you started. 

In addition to stand alone machines we also offer dual ATM trailers ($40,000 (excl GST) including 2 ATMs and a branded marquee) — the trailer is perfect if you plan to be doing a lot of events, it’s by far our easiest set up solution. If you use stand alone machines for events we have branded marquees you can purchase separately, they not only protect your equipment but make it easy for patrons to find you at an event.

WHO PROVIDES THE CASH FOR MY ATMS?

You have two options:

  • Use your own cash to fund your machines (you can get money from your local bank or purchase cash from a security company)
  • Use a cash management provider (fully cashed services are only available to fixed sites, not events)

Most agents use their own cash, but for high-performing locations (over 1,500 transactions/month), third-party funding can be more cost effective. Costs for this service typically range from $0.75 to $0.95 (excl GST) per transaction.

FINDING LOCATIONS

You’ll identify ideal businesses in your area — think high-traffic, cash-friendly spots. We’re here to help with negotiations if you make contact with the store owner.

We also pass on leads that come through our website. You can choose to pursue these independently or ask for our help in sealing the deal.
