To eliminate frustration and to speed up the process of getting your ATM up and running we don't have a  "help desk" we have a "tech desk". The person who answers your call is a qualified technician and chances are, one of the people who staged and tested your machine in the first place.

All of our franchisees have a vested interest in ensuring that the ATMs at your event are a great success. They'll work with you to give you guidance on the best location for the ATM at your event to make sure your patrons see the ATM and don't leave your event with the excuse that they are going to find cash.
